To register and use binggo ph, you must meet all of the following requirements:

Each individual may hold only one registered account on binggo ph. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a variation of it, or another identity — is prohibited and will result in all linked accounts being suspended.

Withdrawal requests are processed to payment accounts registered in your name. binggo ph does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. To avoid delays, ensure that your account KYC verification is complete before submitting a withdrawal request.

Withdrawal processing times vary by payment channel and are subject to your account's verification status and applicable limits. Accounts that have not completed identity verification may be subject to lower withdrawal caps or additional verification steps before a withdrawal is approved.

binggo ph reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where there is a reason to believe that account activity may be inconsistent with normal use. This is a standard fraud prevention and player protection measure.

You may request closure of your own account at any time by contacting support via in-app live chat. Any valid remaining balance at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment account, subject to standard processing procedures.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, binggo ph and its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of — or inability to use — the platform, including losses resulting from:

• Technical issues, server downtime, or internet connectivity problems beyond our control.
